2)      The fall of Patan’s political cultural , economic and social aspects had begun since the fall of Malla.
3)      This city has been residing by the Newars.
4)      Before unification it was governed by the Six Pradhans.

Conclusion/Suggestion :
For the betterment of Patan , my suggestions are as follows:

2)      After the unification of the valley, Kathmandu was set up as the capital city sidelining the cities Bhaktapur and Patan.
3)      During Malla period , Patan was decorated with monasteries , temples , bihars, etc.
4)      The tradition system of “Guthi” was introduces to enhace the maintaining of the temples and monasteries, observing the rituals and festivals and sponsoring the feasts.
5)      Most of the notable architects are endangered by today’s habitats surrounding.
6)      Participation of the locals along with the governments to preserve this enchanting city with its rich culture and art and architectures is must.
7)      The craftsmen should be provided with the good markets to distribute their handicrafts arts.
